"Timetable" for this week:

Monday
1pm then wake up... Ytd working... And I slept at 4am -.-
3.30pm - 6pm: Went to eat lunch with kelvin and rong hong
8pm - 9.30pm: NRA
11pm: reach home =)

Tuesday - Wednesday
6am-7++am: Jogging, Pull-up (5-8per set x 2), Push-up (50per set x 4), Sit-up (practise-style x 1)
8pm-9.30pm: NRA

Den Thursday - Saturday will be in camp =)

Jogging, Pull-up (5-8per set x 2), Push-up (50per set x 4) and Sit-up (practise-style x 1) will be my daily routine... As my aim now is to cut down before going heavy.. I added jogging because I happened to come across a video(youtube) saying we have to run and heat up our body, sweating before doing those exercise.. It will be more effective compared to just going weight exercise without running or some calories exercises =)
